Abstract

The development of Crystal Guava Salad MSMEs in Tani Bhakti Village, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, is a business of community members in processing crystal guava products which are processed into processed food in the form of Crystal Guava Salad. The purpose of this MSME assistance business is to take advantage of the crystal guava harvest by making new products that can be marketed with maximum results, in an effort to increase the family income of the Tani Bhakti Village community in Penajam Paser Utara Regency.
